Price Info & Inclusions

- Your price per night for 2 people: €130 – €160
The prices quoted are per apartment and night for an occupancy of 2 or 4 people and a minimum stay of 4 nights.
– For each additional person aged 14 and over: €30 per night
– Children up to 3 years old stay with us for free
– For children aged 3 and over, we charge €15 per night
– For children aged 6 and over, we charge €20 per night
The local tax of €2.80 per night/person aged 14 and over must be paid additionally on site.

- All-inclusive – bed linen, towels & final cleaning (included from 4 nights, otherwise €50)

- Cool Playground – with nest swing, trapeze swing, trampoline, tunnel, sandbox, mud kitchen, and slide

Important & Good to Know
- To ensure all guests feel comfortable, we kindly ask for your understanding that pets are unfortunately not allowed in our holiday apartments.
On Request – for an additional charge
– Bread roll service directly to your door or a lovingly prepared breakfast basket
– Use of washing machine and dryer in the house
Arrival & Departure
The apartments are available from 3 PM.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartments by 10 AM.
Booking Conditions
Upon receipt of the deposit (30% of the total stay) and sending of the booking confirmation, the booking is considered binding. We only accept bookings in written form.

Payment
We kindly ask you to pay the invoice for your stay on site on the evening before or morning of departure. You can pay us with cash or bank transfer in advance.
Cancellation Policy
There is no right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Protection Code.
Nevertheless, we grant the following cancellation conditions:
- Up to 3 months before arrival, only the deposit will be retained.
- From 3 months up to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 50% of the booking price.
- Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 80% of the booking price.
- Any cancellation fees will be offset against the deposit paid.
- In case of early departure or late arrival, we will charge the full value (100%) of the agreed daily rate for each unused day.
